Student Registration

  • All current and new students must register online each school year and return the listed documents to the student's school as applicable.

    Returning Student Registration

    • Proof of Residency - current water, gas or electric bill (within the last 60 days) or lease
    • Up-to-date Immunization Records (see immunization information)

    New Student Enrollment

    • Proof of Residency - current water, gas or electric bill (within the last 60 days) or lease 
    • Up-to-date Immunization Records (see immunization information)
    • Child's original birth certificate (photocopies are not accepted).
    • If the child has a Social Security number, you will need the original Social Security card.

    Parents of new middle and high school students: after online enrollment is completed, please contact the campus to schedule an appointment with a counselor for course selection.

Need Help?

  • Parents and guardians can complete the annual registration process entirely online. Be sure you are accessing the form on a computer. It cannot be completed on a mobile phone or tablet. There are options to recover your username and password if needed. Download step-by-step instructions here.

    In-Person Help 

    Each SISD campus can help with the online registration form or provide access to a computer. Office staff are available to assist if you call or stop by the campus.
